Cirrus Logic’s ARM920T based MCUs feature a 166 or 200MHz core and a very wide breadth of peripheral interfaces including EIDE, Ethernet, USB, IrDA, UARTs, LCD, Touch Screen, SPI, AC ’97, I2S, a 8 x 8 keypad scanner, PCMCIA, and much more. The series also features an MMU that supports Windows® CE, Linux, and many other embedded operating systems. The included 16KB instruction cache and 16KB data cache provide zero-cycle latency to the current program and data, or can be locked to provide guaranteed no-latency access to critical instructions and data.
