Image of Analog Devices' HMC8410/HMC8401 GaAs Low Noise AmplifiersADI's HMC8401 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC). The HMC8401 is a wideband low noise amplifier which operates between DC and 28 GHz.

The HMC8410 is a GaAs, MMIC, pHEMT, low noise wideband amplifier that operates from 0.01 GHz to 10 GHz.

  • Very wide bandwidth: 0.01 GHz to 10 GHz, low noise amplifier suitable for very wideband applications
  • Very low noise figure under 2 dB across the entire bandwidth improves overall receiver noise figure with a single component saving board space
  • LFCSP package: very small board space
  • PSAT output power of up to 22.5 dBm enables the LNA to function as a mixer driver, including many ADI balance, I/Q, or image reject mixers
  • Internally matched to 50 Ω: wide bandwidth provides the opportunity to service multiple applications and the internal matching saves board space
