Powerpole® PP75 Series Housings

Anderson Power Products’ PP75 housings can be used with wire contacts up to 6 AWG (10 mm²), PCB, and busbar contacts

Image of Anderson Power Products' Powerpole® PP75 Series HousingsAnderson Power Products’ Powerpole PP75 series housings can be used for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and wire-to-busbar applications. Wire sizes from 16 AWG to 6 AWG (1.3 mm to 13.3 mm) offer power capabilities up to 120 amps. The standard PP75 housings can be dovetailed together, and the locking PP75 housings feature a mechanical lock with the ability to secure Powerpole housings to each other and to mounting pads. Housings made from chemical resistant (CR) resin can withstand industrial solvents better than standard housings.

Features
  • Flat wiping contact system allows for minimal contact resistance at high current, wiping action cleans contact surface during connection/disconnection
  • Interchangeable genderless design makes assembly quick and easy and reduces number of parts stocked
  • Silver-plated contacts offer great longevity when using high power, elevated temperature applications
  • Colored coded housings help to ensure that connectors are assembled and mated correctly
  • Molded-in dovetails secure individual connectors together and allow blocking housings together in multiple combinations
  • Pre-mate ground housing can be used in combination with standard PP75 housings, not intermateable
  • Chemical resistant housings available
  • UL94 V-0 housing material provides security in knowledge that the connector chosen meets strict flammability ratings
  • Large wire range accommodates up to six (10 mm²) wire reducing bushings that allows a small 16 AWG (1.5 mm²) wire to be used
  • Wire, PCB, and busbar contacts allow one connection system to meet multiple needs
  • Mini-powerclaw PCB contacts minimize PCB footprint removes the PP75 housing from the board side
