Diodes' 600 V gate drivers for switching MOSFETs and IGBTs in PSUs and motors

Image of Diodes' DGD2 Gate DriversDiodes' DGD2103M, DGD2104M, and DGD2304 are 600 V gate drivers that are designed for driving two N-channel MOSFETs or two IGBTs in half-bridge configuration. The DGD2 gate drivers feature both high-side and low-side output drive capability, enabling easy interface between the MCU and the power MOSFET or IGBT switches, with simple logic level input.

  • Shoot-through prevention logic
  • Schmitt trigger inputs
  • Power supplies
    • Offline AC and DC SMPS with LLC resonant converters with half-bridge and full-bridge topologies: server, telecom PSU, and LED and LCD TV
  • Motor drive
    • 100 W AC and DC motors including BLDC, PMSM, induction motors: industrial automation, light electric vehicles (LEV), and white goods
