JST's JWPF series wire-to-board and wire-to-wire IP67 connectors offer IP67 performance

Image of JST's JWPF Series Waterproof ConnectorsJST’s JWPF series is offered in both a wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configuration. The use of tin-plated contacts rated to 3 A provides a cost-effective solution. The connector comes with all seals pre-assembled, eliminating the need for additional handling on the manufacturing floor. Contacts are clean to eliminate damage through handling. The contact locking feature is internal to the housing, thereby eliminating contact back out.

Specifications
  • Current rating: 3 A AC/DC (AWG #22)
  • Voltage rating: 100 V AC/DC
  • Temperature range: -55°C to +85°C (including temperature rise in applying electrical current)
  • Contact resistance: Initial value/10 mΩ max. after environmental tests/15 mΩ max.
  • Insulation resistance: 1,000 MΩ min.
  • Withstanding voltage: 1,000 VAC/minute
  • Applicable wire: AWG #26 to #22, 0.13 mm2 to 33 mm2, insulation O.D./1.4 mm to 1.7 mm
  • Waterproof grade: Grade 7 ingress protection of JIS C 0920 (IPX7 of IEC 60529)
