The LAPP ÖLFLEX VFD 2XL with Signal is a multi-listed, screened VFD cable engineered for fixed installation or occasional flexing in industrial environments. It includes a dedicated signal pair for brake or temperature sensor functions, enhancing control and monitoring capabilities. Designed to meet NFPA 79 standards for industrial machinery and compliant with NFPA 70/NEC, this cable supports a wide range of VFD drive and motor applications. Its EMC-compliant construction ensures reliable performance in electrically noisy environments, while UL TC-ER approval allows for exposed run tray installations without conduit, simplifying setup and reducing costs.

- Robust oil- and UV-resistant jacket made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)
- XLPE (plus) insulation with enhanced electrical properties for 2 kV applications
- Integrated shielded signal pair for brake or temperature sensor
- Triple shielding: barrier tape, triple-layer foil tape (100% coverage), and tinned copper braid (85% coverage)
- UL TC-ER and c(UL) CIC/TC approved for tray cable use without conduit
- Low capacitance design for improved electrical performance
- Phthalate-free industrial-grade jacket for harsh environments
- Suitable for direct burial and sunlight exposure
- Cold bend and cold impact rated (-40°C and -25°C respectively)
