These LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation, and have a very wide input voltage range from 0.9 V to 80 V. Output currents range from 100 mA to 10 A, with positive, negative and multiple outputs.

  • Outputs may be paralleled for higher output current or heat spreading
  • Maximum output current: 200 mA
  • Wide input voltage range: 1.2 V to 40 V
  • Output adjustable to 0 V
  • Stable with minimum 2.2 µF ceramic capacitors
  • Single resistor sets output voltage
  • Initial set pin current accuracy: 1%
  • Low output noise: 33 µVRMS (10 Hz to 100 kHz)
  • Reverse-battery protection
  • Reverse-current protection
  • Current limit and thermal shutdown protection
