PIC16F13256 8-Bit Microcontroller

Microchip Technology PIC16F13256 is an 8-bit microcontroller designed for control-oriented embedded applications that require predictable timing, low power consumption, and minimal external logic. It combines a traditional MCU core with on-chip configurable logic, allowing simple state machines, glue logic, and timing functions to operate independently of firmware execution.

The device integrates 28 KB of Flash, 2 KB of SRAM, and on-chip EEPROM, along with a balanced set of analog and digital peripherals. The configurable logic block (CLB) is built from look-up table (LUT)-based logic elements and can be configured at boot, enabling hardware level responses without CPU intervention and reducing interrupt latency in real time designs.
