Orbel’s shields are available in a variety of sizes and materials
Orbel Corporation is the leading name in standard and custom board-level shielding (BLS) technology providing a wide range of one-piece, two-piece, and multi-cavity RF shielding solutions. The snap-shield and vault-shield products offer unparalleled design flexibility, suitable for both surface-mount and through-hole applications. Leveraging expertise in EMI suppression and precision metal forming, Orbel turns shielding concepts into practical BLS solutions. Using standard universal tooling, designers can create custom shields with minimal startup costs. Simply choose from a list of standard product features to incorporate into the shield design, and Orbel takes care of the rest. These standard shields come in various materials, with shield heights ranging from 0.058" to 2.00".
