RECOM’s 3 A thermally-enhanced buck converter features a 1.45 mm profile

Image of RECOM's RPL-3.0 Thermally-Enhanced Buck Converter RECOM's RPL-3.0 series is a DC/DC converter in a compact 3 mm x 3 mm x 1.45 mm ten-pad LGA package. It has an input range of 3 VDC to 18 VDC and the output voltage can be set with two resistors within the ranges of 0.8 V to 5.2 V. The output current supports 3 A loads and is equipped with short-circuit, overcurrent, and over-temperature protections. The series is ideal for IIoT, telecom equipment, and imaging systems. An evaluation board for this module is also available and meets EMC Class A levels.
