Automatic Plant Watering System
Renesas' automatic watering system reference design is for large fields of plants and crops
Renesas' reference design for automatic watering systems for large plant and crop fields uses a combination of moisture sensors and bistatic water valves per plant. It is controlled by a Bluetooth® (BT) mesh network and powered by energy harvesting. The communications system consists of BT low power nodes, BT mesh routers, and an optional edge router for IoT connectivity.
