These MCUs realize ultra-low current consumption in both active and standby mode and enable high-speed operation (64 MHz) at low voltage (1.62 V) which is impossible to achieve with conventional bulk silicon process.

RE01 MCUs can significantly extend battery life and deliver higher performance with a smaller battery size. Its on-chip energy harvesting controller can bring development to the next level by eliminating a battery in achieving a maintenance-free system.

The RE01 1500 KB can be used for applications that require the storage of large amounts of data, such as image information and applications that require remote firmware updates over-the-air (OTA) via a wireless or other communications network. The RE01 256 KB can be used more generally for IoT devices that require sensor control such as smart home/building, structure health monitoring, trackers, and wearable devices.
