Utilizing a hermetical seal allows these high-voltage contactors to exceed the sealing requirements of IP67 and IP69 and meet the most challenging ingress requirements available. The HX series high voltage contactors are suited for inverter systems, battery packs, and combiner boxes in solar or wind power systems.

  • Hermetically sealed using a ceramic header
  • Can withstand the rigors of virtually any harsh environment, whether underwater or in the desert sun
  • Sealed to withstand virtually any harsh environment
  • Has the option to load break bidirectionally
  • Not position sensitive; can be mounted in any position for ease of installation
  • Voltage up to 1500 VDC
  • Continuous current ratings up to 1000 A
  • Intermittent (overload) ratings up to 6000 A
