Image of Vishay's IHDM-1008BC Edge-Wound Through-Hole Inductors Vishay's IHDM-1008BC edge-wound through-hole inductors provide a maximum of 80 A heat rating current and 1.2 µH to 10 µH inductance range for high-current filter and DC/DC converter energy storage applications up to 1 MHz. The IHMD-1008BC-3A series offers automotive-grade inductors that feature stable inductance and saturation with low power losses and excellent heat dissipation. The IHMD-1008BC-30 is ideal for industrial and military applications. Both the automotive and industrial versions of the IHDM-1008BC edge-wound through-hole inductors feature powdered iron-alloy core technology for low losses and excellent saturation performance while operating in the -40°C to +180°C temperature range.
