These power modules contain a matching MOSFET driver, inductor, and package making it possible to provide the most optimum solution without comprising performance while reducing the number of external components to reduce the overall system cost. The plug-and-play concept saves design time and will allow system designers to work on system solutions instead of fine-tuning individual components.

Features
  • µPOL technology includes an inductor in a thermally enhanced package
  • Small size: 3.3 mm x 3.3 mm with a height of 1.5 mm
  • Plug-and-play (no external compensation required)
  • Low-height integrated inductor module
  • Digital communication, I²C serial bus
  • Scalable output current, same footprint: 3 A to 6 A
  • Wide input voltage range: 2.5 V to 16 V
  • Adjustable output voltage: ±0.5% initial accuracy
  • Operating temperature: -40°C to +125°C
