ISL9122 Series | Datasheet Preview

This small and highly flexible buck-boost voltage regulator provides an ultra-low quiescent current, making it ideal for powering sensors, MCUs, and wireless devices. This product operates with a battery output ranging from 1.8 volts to 5.5 volts and can extend the battery life of devices powered by coin-cell, lithium, and alkaline batteries. Other features include a fast transient response time, PFM and PWM operating modes, a dynamic output voltage change in 25 millivolt increments, and high efficiencies at light and heavy loads. Ideal applications include wireless headphones, IoT devices, hearing aid devices, and water, gas, and oil meters.
